Our Class Styles

Our weekly timetable is built around two core coached styles — Strength and Conditioning — plus a big combined Super Saturday and self-paced D.I.Y sessions. Whatever your level, there's a session that fits.

STRENGTH · MON / WED / FRI

Strength

Coached resistance sessions focused on the big movement patterns — squat, hinge, push and pull — to build real, usable strength, with your technique checked rep by rep.

CONDITIONING · TUE / THU

Conditioning

Higher-intensity interval work that lifts your heart rate, builds your engine and burns energy. Every interval and rest scales, so you set the pace that's right for you today.

SATURDAY

Super Saturday

Kick the weekend off with a bang. Super Saturday blends both strength and conditioning into one high-energy session with the whole community training together.

D.I.Y

Prefer your own rhythm? D.I.Y lets you complete the workout of the day at your own pace during our self-paced windows — 5am–10am and 2pm–6pm on weekdays.

Group Class Questions

We recommend booking ahead so we can keep class sizes right and make sure there's a spot and a coach ready for you. The easiest way to get started is to send us a message and we'll walk you through booking your first session.
Absolutely. Every class is coach-led and every movement scales to your level, so beginners train safely right alongside more experienced members. Many of our members hadn't stepped into a gym in years before joining. Just let your coach know it's your first session and they'll look after you.
Comfortable workout clothes, supportive training shoes, a water bottle and a sweat towel are all you need. We'll have the equipment ready. Arriving five to ten minutes early gives you time to meet your coach and get set up before the warm-up begins.
We keep class sizes capped so your coach can give real attention to technique and scaling rather than just running a room. Group sizes can vary by session and time slot. Message us for the current numbers on the session you're interested in.
Classes run Monday to Friday at 5am, 6am, 9am and 5pm — Strength on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and Conditioning on Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday has a 6–8am session plus Super Saturday, and you can train self-paced with D.I.Y during 5am–10am and 2pm–6pm on weekdays.
