A Fitness Compound class is a structured, coach-led workout — not a room full of strangers doing their own thing. Every session has a plan, a warm-up, a clear focus for the day and a coach on the floor watching technique, scaling movements and cheering you on. It's not about being the fittest person in the room. It's about showing up, doing your best, and being part of a group that's got your back.

Our Class Styles
Our weekly timetable is built around two core coached styles — Strength and Conditioning — plus a big combined Super Saturday and self-paced D.I.Y sessions. Whatever your level, there's a session that fits.
Strength
Coached resistance sessions focused on the big movement patterns — squat, hinge, push and pull — to build real, usable strength, with your technique checked rep by rep.
Conditioning
Higher-intensity interval work that lifts your heart rate, builds your engine and burns energy. Every interval and rest scales, so you set the pace that's right for you today.
Super Saturday
Kick the weekend off with a bang. Super Saturday blends both strength and conditioning into one high-energy session with the whole community training together.
D.I.Y
Prefer your own rhythm? D.I.Y lets you complete the workout of the day at your own pace during our self-paced windows — 5am–10am and 2pm–6pm on weekdays.
