Getting Started
Absolutely. We're a community gym in Molendinar built for real people, not just the super-fit. It's not about being perfect — it's about showing up and doing your best. Our coaches meet you exactly where you're at, whether it's your first session ever or a return after years away.
The easiest first step is a quick, no-pressure chat with our team. Head to our contact page or call us, tell us your goals, and we'll recommend the best way in — open gym, personal training, or a group class. No commitment required to start the conversation.
Not at all — that's a bit like cleaning the house before the cleaner arrives. You join to get fitter, not because you already are. We program for every level, from first-timers to seasoned lifters, and our coaches scale every session to suit where your body is today.
Comfortable training clothes, supportive shoes, a water bottle and a towel will get you through any session. We'll guide you on everything else when you arrive. If you're booking a personal training session, just bring yourself and your goals — your coach handles the rest.
Of course. We'd love to show you the facility, introduce you to a coach and answer your questions face to face. Many of our members say the welcoming feel is what made them stay. Get in touch to arrange a time that suits you and we'll make you feel right at home.

We'll always be upfront about any terms before you sign anything, so you know exactly what you're committing to. The simplest way to get the current contract and cancellation details is to ask our team directly — we keep it clear and fair.
Life happens — travel, injury or a busy stretch at work. We aim to be flexible and reasonable when members need to pause. Please get in touch with the team to discuss freezing or pausing your membership and we'll sort out the best option for your situation.

Personal Training

It depends on your goals, schedule and budget — some members train one-on-one once a week and fill the rest with classes or open gym, others go more often. Your coach will recommend a frequency that's realistic and effective for you. Chat it through on our personal training page.
Not in the slightest. Personal training is one of the best ways for a beginner to start safely and build confidence with proper technique from day one. Our coaches work with all experience levels, scaling everything to suit you. It's just as valuable for first-timers as it is for experienced athletes.
Training with a mate can make a real difference to motivation and consistency. We can often accommodate partner or small-group coaching alongside our standard 1-on-1 sessions. Let us know who you'd like to train with and we'll tailor something that works for both of you.
Group Classes
Our timetable is built around Strength (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and Conditioning (Tuesday and Thursday), plus a combined Super Saturday and self-paced D.I.Y sessions. Yes — our coaches scale every movement so newcomers and seasoned members can train in the same room safely. You'll never be thrown in the deep end. Many members took their very first class nervous and stayed for the community. Start on our group fitness classes page.
We keep class sizes at a level where coaches can still give you real attention and correct your technique — that's a core part of how we train. Sizes vary by session and time of day. Ask us about a specific class and we'll give you the details.

Transformation Challenge
It's our signature six-week coached programme combining training, nutrition support, accountability and community to help you make a real, lasting change. It's built around five pillars: support, coaching, training, nutrition and community. Full details are on our Transformation Challenge page.

It runs over six weeks of structured, coached training and nutrition guidance — long enough to build genuine habits and see real results, but short enough to stay focused and committed the whole way through. Full details are on our Transformation Challenge page.

Pricing for the Challenge depends on the round and what's included. Because the next round isn't scheduled yet, the simplest way to get current pricing is to register your interest — we'll send the details as soon as the next round is confirmed.
Location & Hours
You'll find us at Unit 4/28 Export Drive, Molendinar QLD 4214 — central to the Gold Coast and easy to reach from surrounding suburbs. For a map, directions and parking details, head to our contact page. We're always happy to point you the right way.
We run coached classes Monday to Friday at 5am, 6am, 9am and 5pm, with a Saturday morning session and Super Saturday on the weekend. You can also train self-paced (D.I.Y) during 5am–10am and 2pm–6pm on weekdays. Check our contact page for the latest, or see the full class timetable.
